Työlainsäädännön ajankohtaiset muutokset
<p>Eduskunta on hyväksynyt muutokset paikallisen sopimisen edistämiseksi 1.1.2025 alkaen ja lisäksi eduskunnan käsittelyssä on hallituksen esitys yhteistoimintalain muuttamiseksi. Yhteistoimintaan liittyviä velvoitteita suunnitellaan kevennettäväksi yhtiöissä, joissa on alle 50 työntekijää ja lisäksi muutosneuvottelujen kestoa on tarkoitus lyhentää. Myöhemmin tänä vuonna on myös odotettavissa lisää hallitusohjelmaan perustuvia lainsäädännön uudistushankkeita, kuten muutokset liittyen takaisinottovelvoitteeseen ja määräaikaisten sopimusten käyttöön.</p>
